Back in 2024, we wanted to make Baju Melayu that looked premium and stood out. We used the best fabrics we could find, and the final product really did look premium. But underneath all that, the clothes weren’t breathable, had no stretch, and felt really hot and stuffy to wear.
At that time, we thought as long as the clothes looked good, that was enough. We didn’t really think about whether they fit well or felt comfortable. And as you can imagine, although customers loved the design, some of them had to return the clothes because the fit just wasn’t right.
So this time, with our Athleisure, our focus is on making clothes that look premium but are actually comfortable to wear.
In the hot weather here in Malaysia and Singapore, a lot of Athleisure focuses mainly on how the clothes look and feel premium. But for us, looking good isn’t enough — we want our clothes to feel just as good as they look.
